Black Christmas

Sky is not as blue as it was after the rain,
stars do not spark brightly anymore,
but I know sun still shines everyday,
and moon will rise to light up the evening sky,
until the day I found there is another heart you have missed…

I thought our home starts to crumble
when you long for another nest,
I thought the world has collapsed
when your heart is missing an unknown soul,
I thought eternal darkness has fallen
when you wish someone else be with you in the cold winter nights…

You said there’s no other home but ours,
no other heart you miss,
no one you would rather to grow old with,
But we have drifted apart,
and seems like the door has closed for me…

And my world has changed,
the day I found there is another soul you love…
